Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

Standard shipping: Estimated delivery 2-9 days (USPS Ground).

Local Delivery: Estimated delivery is 1-2 days for all orders placed Monday-Thursday and 2-3 days for orders placed Friday-Sunday.

Processing Time

Currently, our processing time ranges from 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for delays caused by customs procedures.

Address Issues

If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please get in touch with us immediately at rootedsociety.shop@gmail.com. If your order has not yet shipped, the shipping address can be updated. However, once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes. All order change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

If your shipping address is invalid or nonexistent at the time of shipment, we will contact you to obtain an updated shipping address. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will automatically be canceled. All canceled orders will be subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the total order cost.
